Use of the Armatus International website
We operate the Armatus website as an online marketing presence, to digitally present our services and experience and provide a method for individuals and organisations seeking our services to communicate with us. Our website is available online to help you to understand what we do, how we help companies commercially, and contains examples of previous assignments, concepts and information relating to legislation within the United Kingdom.
The Armatus website is provided for your personal and business use (as appropriate) subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Armatus you agree, without contest, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting information through the Armatus website you agree and acknowledge that while we may contact you in response to the information you provide, we are not obliged to provide you with any particular product or services.
We do not require any form of “Registration” and will not retain any personal or business related information entered into our website, other than for the purposes of making contact should you have requested that we do so.
Whilst Armatus uses reasonable care to compile and present the content found on the Armatus website, it is provided purely for information and should not be relied upon to be accurate or current. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, researching further guidance and making independent enquiries. In the event that Armatus is notified of any inaccuracies or discrepancies relating to material included on our website we will attempt to correct the information as soon as reasonably practicable.
Armatus International accepts no responsibility and/or legal liability for any losses suffered by any third party relating to unauthorised use of information displayed on the Armatus website.

Availability of the Armatus International website
We cannot guarantee that the Armatus website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the website it should report it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as reasonably practicable.
Access to the Armatus website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. In this event the website will be restored online as soon as possible.

We will never knowingly or intentionally pass on, sell, share or otherwise abuse your data in anyway. Should you have concerns regarding this policy or potential breach of this policy you should notify us immediately as this is something we consider to be a serious issue.
We do not collect and store information entered into the Armatus website, except where a contact enquiry progresses to become a client or party with whom we have a contractual relationship. Basic contact information is then stored confidentially and securely for duration of the contract and commercial relationship and liability/defects period thereafter.
We at Armatus international believe strongly that your information is entirely your property and we will not share your information with any individual or organisation outside of our own without your authorisation. If we were to need to share your information with an individual or organisation external to Armatus International it would be with one of our colleagues or associate service providers and only with your express permission.
These terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement, and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Armatus International and/or Armatus Limited chooses to ignore this action, Armatus retains our legal entitlement to use and enforce our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you are in breach the Terms and Conditions.
Armatus shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Armatus website is owned and operated solely by Armatus International and Armatus Limited.
